The collecting of vintage model cars can include so many forms you may have trouble decideing just what you want to collect. I don't have a problem, I want them all. Using any of these terms in the search engines will bring you thousands of models to look over. I am always amazed at the amount of info available on the web with just a little hunting. The world of diecast collecting is growing larger each year. The cost of collecting diecast models can be very modest or as high as you want to go ( Just spotted a 1924 Bugatti I really like $250.00) maybe later. The matchbox diecast models are a good place to start for the new or very young collector. These can be found at most any retail store or on the internet at low cost. After starting your collection, finding a way to display or store them can present some problems, the least being keeping them clean. Diecast display cases are the answer to a dust free collection unless you just like dusting. Buying the small scale collectibles can be a space saving solution if you don't have a lot of room.
